Villaggio Calacavallo has a mooring for boats (inflatable boats and small boats) in a buoy area located 200 meters from the shoreline of Cala Purgatorio (bay of Capo Coda Cavallo – within the WAP – Marine Protected Area of Tavolara – Punta Coda Cavallo).
The buoy area has 80 berths with mooring at the bow and is dedicated to boats with a maximum length of up to 7 meters. The depth of the seabed varies from 4 to 7.5 meters.
The mooring service is active during the months of July and August; there is a tender service with continuous hours from 8:00 to 20:00.
During the night, a spotlight illuminates all the space in front of the buoy field.
Possibility of launching boats in Cala Finanza (about 5 km away from the village) while the crane service for launching and hauling is available at Costa Corallina and Punt’Aldia.
